The Human Resources Business Partner Works Closely With Managers And Their Teams. The HR Business Partner Contributes To The Implementation Of HR Programs And Strategies To Support Overall Organizational Objectives
Provide support and guidance to English-speaking managers (US, Canada, Australia) on HR-related matters, including recruitment, retention, performance management, employee development, conflict resolution, compensation, etc. Supports and coaches managers in the use of our management tools such as staffing reviews, strengths, Q12, contribution and probation management, onboarding programs, etc.
Responsible for English-speaking recruitment positions (US, Canada, and Australia) by identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, participating in interviews, contributing to final hiring decisions, and onboarding new hires.
Acts as an ambassador for our HR and leadership tools such as strengths, Q12, staffing reviews, contribution management, etc., and develops our managers through the AXLR Your Leadership program and one-on-one development meetings.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop, promote, and communicate our corporate culture, values, and employer brand to employees located outside of our head office.
Manages labour relations cases and intervenes by helping to prevent and manage employee conflicts and complaints. Collaborates with and equips managers to ensure best practices are applied.
Health and Safety: Manage health and safety activities at our Saint-Louis (US) and Australia sites.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Support organizational change management by providing assistance to employees and managers during periods of transition.
Ensure that all HR policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
