Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with US and Canada leaders, aligning people initiatives with business objectives and growth. The role encompasses workforce planning, organizational design, and managing employee relations within the US and Canada client group.

Reporting to the Principal HR Business Partner, you will work under guidance initially and assume greater ownership as you demonstrate competence.

Qualifications

• HR business partnering across US & Canada.
• Workforce planning and organizational design.
• Knowledge of US and Canadian employment law and employee relations.
• Talent management, performance and career development processes.
• Data-driven HR with metrics and HRIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory guidance to leaders on workforce and talent challenges.
• Manage moderate-to-complex employee relations cases within US & Canada.
• Deliver and adapt HR programs for the client group and ensure alignment with standards.
• Interpret workforce data to inform recommendations to leaders.
