Job summary

FNZ (UK) Ltd is seeking a senior HR business partner to lead a strategic, commercially focused HR partnership in North America. You will advise senior leaders, manage the Canadian and US employment law landscape, and drive workforce planning, talent strategy, and change initiatives across designated business areas.

Responsibilities include leading high‑risk Employee Relations matters, partnering on organizational design, and delivering data‑driven people insights to support business performance.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP or equivalent leadership experience in a multinational or global environment.
• Proven expertise in Employee Relations, including high-risk, sensitive cases.
• Deep knowledge of Canadian and US employment law and its pragmatic application.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions with people insights and risk awareness.
• Own the people agenda for designated business areas, aligning with strategy and transformation.
• Lead complex ER matters and provide compliant, pragmatic recommendations.
• Coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Partner on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies for medium- and long-term objectives.
• Drive HR change initiatives including restructures and integrations.
• Use data to identify trends and influence business decisions.
