Job summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a knowledgeable Human Resources Adviser to guide managers and employees on workplace policies, performance management, attendance, and employee concerns. The role focuses on fair, compliant, and confidential HR practices across the organisation.

Collaborating with HR colleagues and leadership, you will promote positive employee relations, support people management, and improve HR processes while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, IR, Psychology (preferred).
• Postgraduate HR qualification or certification an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employee relations, and policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain policies clearly.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional, confidential HR advice to employees and managers.
• Support grievance procedures, disciplinary processes, investigations, and documentation.
• Advise on performance management, attendance, and employee conduct.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle HR activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.
