Job summary

Encore Global in Vancouver is seeking an Account Executive to grow and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients, ensuring retention and driving growth of the organization’s services.

You will lead client interactions pre-sale with support from the Project Manager, then assist post-sale, build a solid pipeline in Salesforce, and coordinate with operations to deliver tailored event solutions.

Travel up to 40-60% and a salary range of CAD 65,000 to CAD 75,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in events industry and/or audio-visual fields preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Experience with social media, digital marketing, and e-marketing is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle; travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and leads in Salesforce CRM.
• Manage client relationships, propose solutions, and present proposals.
• Coordinate with production/operations for tailored client solutions and on-time delivery.
• Attend sales calls and client meetings to advance the sales cycle.
