Encore Market Engagement is seeking a Client Manager who will partner with a portfolio of clients, translating business priorities into actionable field strategies and measurable outcomes.

This role focuses on building trusted relationships, delivering insights from dashboards, and guiding cross-functional teams to optimize client performance, with a mix of strategic planning and hands-on analysis.

Hybrid role with travel within Canada and regular collaboration with Encore’s Head Office.

Qualificações

• Seven+ years in client service, account management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian retail, consumer packaged goods, field sales.
• Ability to analyze performance data and turn into insights, recommendations.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, scope, proposals.
• Advanced written, verbal, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Power BI is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact, build relationships across functions and levels.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews, and planning sessions; anticipate needs with evidence-based input.
• Own the accuracy and narrative of reporting; interpret dashboards and financial data.
• Translate client objectives into clear priorities, briefs, success measures, timelines, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations to validate feasibility and execution before commitments.
