• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders across the marine and defence sectors.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer needs and feedback are integrated into operational planning, service delivery, and business decision-making.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to identify opportunities, anticipate customer requirements, and support corporate growth initiatives.
• Support business development efforts through customer engagement, opportunity identification, market intelligence, and participation in industry events and stakeholder engagements.
• Collaborate with operational, engineering, project management, and corporate teams to drive alignment, resolve issues, and enhance customer outcomes.
• Develop customer insights, engagement metrics, reports, presentations, and recommendations that support leadership decision-making, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and execution of stakeholder engagement strategies that strengthen partnerships and advance Fleetway's strategic objectives.
