Job summary

Thales is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee naval vessel service delivery across coasts in Canada. The role focuses on ensuring readiness, safety, and availability within budget, coordinating people, processes and tools across Halifax NS, Esquimalt BC, and Ottawa.

The candidate will report on performance metrics, manage multi-location teams, and liaise with the customer to meet vessel capability objectives while upholding compliance and risk controls in a dynamic defence environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in engineering, business administration, project management or logistics management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in service delivery in maritime or industrial environment with contracts > CAD 1M/year.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and managing cross-coast projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of In-Service Support contract services on time and within budget.
• Manage Coastal project staff across Halifax and Esquimalt locations.
• Prepare monthly performance, KPI and SHI reports and contribute to annual operating plans.
