Job summary

Equifax seeks an operational leader to serve as Director, Fraud Operations & Customer Success. Reporting to the COO, you will drive product adoption, operational excellence, vendor relationships, and commercial growth across our data and fraud solution portfolio.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team including client-embedded and internal Fraud Investigators, alongside dedicated Fraud Customer Success Managers.

• Lead QBRs with C-suite and showcase ROI and new services.
• Oversee client relationships, escalation management and vendor partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell).
• Develop and package billable managed and professional services offerings.
