Job summary

Scene+ is seeking a Fraud Product and Operations Lead to strengthen fraud prevention across our loyalty ecosystem. You will analyze fraud journeys, identify emerging risks, and help design scalable, well‑structured controls and AI features.

This full‑time, hybrid Toronto role reports to the Director of IT & Fraud. You will collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal and Member Services to evolve the fraud operating model and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with fraud prevention platforms, configuring rules and monitoring performance.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making; SQL or Python a plus.
• Collaboration and clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• CFE is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review fraud reports and adjustments to identify anomalies needing investigation.
• Manage and maintain fraud detection systems; monitor alerts and respond to issues.
• Assess rule performance and adjust filters to reduce false positives.
• Analyze trends to design targeted controls and AI features to reduce losses.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal and Member Services to resolve issues.
• Automate workflows and reporting to enhance fraud monitoring capabilities.
• Update fraud playbook to align with policies and stakeholder needs.
