Job summary

Equifax in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Director of Fraud Consulting to lead a team of fraud specialists across the sales cycle. You will provide subject matter expertise, build executive relationships, and represent the company at industry events.

You will shape solutions, coach consultants, and drive revenue while transforming fraud data into actionable insights in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant experience in fraud/identity/compliance fields.
• 7+ years Pre-Sales experience in a client-focused org.
• 10+ years in Fraud, Digital Identity or Compliance roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership, ideally in professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Fraud Consultants delivering innovative, value-driven solutions.
• Build senior-level relationships as a trusted advisor on trends and best practices.
• Represent Equifax as speaker at conferences, events, and webinars.
• Direct pre-sales through post-sales activities with measurable results.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to hit annual revenue targets and long-term success.
• Support marketing/product initiatives: pricing, positioning, industry assessment.
• Coach consultants in account planning, discovery, solution design, and PM.
• Translate fraud data into actionable business intelligence amid regulatory changes.
