Equifax, Inc. is seeking a Director of Fraud Consulting to lead a team of fraud professionals who partner with sales to assess client needs, design solutions, and guide proposals through delivery. You will shape strategy, drive revenue, and position Equifax as a trusted advisor across industries.

You will develop senior relationships, represent the company at conferences, and translate fraud data into actionable business intelligence while staying ahead of regulatory changes and market trends.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in fraud consulting or related field.
• 7+ years in pre-sales roles in client-focused organizations.
• 10+ years in Fraud, Digital Identity or Compliance roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership in professional services/consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field.
• Strong ability to articulate complex problems and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Fraud Consultants delivering client-focused solutions.
• Develop senior relationships to position Equifax as a trusted advisor.
• Represent Equifax as speaker at conferences and webinars.
• Demonstrate mastery of Equifax fraud data and related BI insights.
• Collaborate with Sales to achieve revenue targets and long-term success.
• Support marketing/product initiatives with pricing, positioning and industry assessments.
• Coach and oversee consultants in discovery, proposal writing and project management.
• Provide guidance on turning data into actionable business intelligence and insights.
