Job summary

EMCO Corporation is recruiting for a Management Development Program for new graduates. This full-time, salaried role includes a comprehensive benefits package and profit sharing. Relocation within Canada to complete training may be required.

You will progress through four phases of training, starting in warehouse/customer service and advancing to account management and leadership, with mentoring from regional managers.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in any discipline.
• Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent leadership, customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Be mentored through a four-phase Management Trainee program.
