EMCO Corporation is seeking a Strategic Development Program Trainee in Windsor, Ontario. This 4-phased program covers warehouse operations, customer relationships, account management, and leadership responsibilities.

Salary is $43k–$45k per year with opportunities for growth. Candidates should have a College/University degree and a strong customer-service orientation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid Ontario Driver's License.

• Phase 3 focuses on business development and proactive sales, expanding the customer base and creating strong customer partnerships.
• Phase 4 develops leadership competencies, coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.
