Job summary

EMCO Corporation invites recently graduated individuals to join its Management Development Program, a four-phase, hands-on path through warehouse, customer relationships, account management, and leadership. You’ll rotate, own projects, and advance toward leading a Profit Centre across Canada.

The program offers mentorship, competitive compensation, full benefits, profit sharing, and relocation assistance to opportunities nationwide. Start date anticipated in 2026.

Qualifications

• Recent university or college graduates (all disciplines welcome).
• Positive attitude, results-driven mindset, and a desire to learn.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Interest in sales and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through a four-phase program to gain visibility into operations, supply chain, sales, and strategy.
• Own projects, manage accounts, build customer relationships, and make real business decisions.
• Learn to run a business end to end with mentorship from leadership.
• Progress through phases: warehouse/service, relationships/procurement, account management/sales, leadership/ops.
