Responsibilities

• Participate in a 4-phase program spanning shipping, sales, operations, purchasing, and account management.
• Develop leadership and operational competencies throughout the program.
• Support warehousing, customer service, and order processing in Phase 1.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors in Phase 2 to deliver world-class service.
• Expand the customer base and create strong partnerships in Phase 3.
• Lead and coach the team and set vision in Phase 4.
