Job summary

EMCO Corporation is seeking a Strategic Development Program Trainee in Canada. You will advance through a structured four-phase program spanning warehouse logistics, operations, and outside sales/account management, gaining exposure to shipping, purchasing, and customer relations.

You will learn to manage large projects, handle pricing and credit management, and develop the ability to secure new business opportunities while building vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• College and/or University degree or equivalent Experience.
• Positive attitude and results oriented mindset.
• Desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 4-phase program to learn all aspects of the business.
• Phase 1 focuses on Warehouse Logistics and product flow to customers.
• Phase 2 covers Operations, customer service, order management and pricing controls.
• Phase 4 covers Outside Sales/Account Management and building relationships.
