Job summary

FP Inc. is seeking a Change Manager to support end-to-end change management for CID&A strategic initiatives in Downtown Toronto. The role involves working in a hybrid setup with applicants having 5-8 years of experience in management, project delivery, communications and training.

You will lead end-to-end change for CID&A initiatives, develop integrated change plans with milestones and success metrics, and drive adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in management, project delivery, communications, and training.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives and change plans that drive measurable outcomes, preferably in tech or data-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of change management activities for CID&A initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across CID&A and Business Lines.
• Design and implement change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption tactics.
