RBC is seeking a Manager, Change Management in Toronto to define strategy and lead end-to-end change initiatives across processes, technology, and people. You will develop change management approaches, oversee adoption across internal and external stakeholders, and partner with senior leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in Change Management, a university degree, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of broad Change Management experience.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of financial industry experience in Custody/Fund Accounting/Investor Services.
• Experience in ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and implementation of change management methodology, strategies, and plans for large to medium scale projects.
• Perform stakeholder analysis, organizational impact and change readiness assessments, and drive adoption through training and communication.
• Serve as Change Management Lead for strategic initiatives and coordinate end-to-end change impact assessments.
• Develop change management plans to enable process and controls changes across internal and external stakeholders.
• Associate with senior leadership to plan and execute enhanced process and controls changes and measure outcomes.
