CFIB is seeking a Technology Solutions and Implementation Manager in Toronto. This hybrid, full‑time role partners with IT, Digital, and Operations to turn business problems into practical technology solutions.

You will learn platforms directly, manage adoption, and drive improvements while ensuring security, governance, and stakeholder alignment. A strong track record in tech delivery and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of practical experience leading or delivering technology implementations or cross-functional initiatives.
• Practical project management skills with ability to clarify outcomes, priorities, milestones, and risks.
• Comfort moving work forward when the path is not fully defined.
• Curiosity and ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate ideas into actions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate business problems and technology opportunities with stakeholders to understand needs and test approaches.
• Turn loosely defined needs into clear requirements, priorities, implementation plans, ownership, and measurable outcomes with timelines and risks.
• Learn platforms and tools quickly and contribute to configuration, testing, rollout, and post-launch improvements while aligning with architecture and governance.
• Collaborate with employees and managers to identify adoption challenges early and ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Explore how AI and emerging tech could responsibly improve processes and member service.
• Move work forward with limited direction, providing updates on progress, decisions, risks, and needed support.
