Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead the people side of change for finance transformation projects. You will ensure employee engagement, readiness, and sustained adoption of new controls across the organization.

You will develop comprehensive change strategies, drive communication, training, and stakeholder alignment to maximize project success and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder readiness, adoption, and sustainment of new controls.
• Develop and execute communication and engagement plans.
• Translate control changes into clear, actionable guidance.
• Coordinate training, awareness activities, and support materials.
• Identify adoption risks and address knowledge gaps.
• Align readiness activities with project milestones.
• Support leaders in reinforcing expected behaviors and accountability.
• Monitor adoption and recommend corrective actions.
