Job summary

AspiringIT is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead for our client in the GTA. The candidate should have 8+ years of proven experience in change management and related fields.

The role is contract and hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office in Mississauga. You will collaborate with PMO and stakeholders to introduce new business processes and technologies, develop change impact analysis tools, define strategy, and track adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in change management or related field.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Hybrid work environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMO, project managers, and stakeholders to introduce new business processes and technologies.
• Develop tools and templates to analyze change impacts, engage stakeholders, and ensure adoption.
• Define change strategy, manage business engagement, and track user adoption.
• Assess readiness for changes and prepare communications.
• Plan and facilitate training.
