Job summary

Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba seeks a Manager, Change Management to establish and lead the enterprise change function within the Innovation, Analytics, and Strategy portfolio. Qualifications

• University degree required or equivalent combination of education and senior-level experience.
• 10+ years in organizational change management with complex implementations.
• 3–5+ years of direct reports management including coaching and performance management.
• Experience establishing or strengthening a change management function and governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish the change management mandate, framework, and roadmap with practical standards and reporting.
• Build and lead a team with clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Create a scalable change management operating model and prioritization processes.
• Guide enterprise and project-specific change strategies for major initiatives.
• Advise executives on stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption approaches.
• Collaborate with project delivery, Communications, Learning & Development, HR, and operations to integrate change support.
• Establish measures of readiness, adoption, and sustainment; report risks to leadership.
