Job summary

Consult is seeking a Change Management professional to provide expert guidance and leadership across a project lifecycle in Canada. The role focuses on developing and implementing change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training plans to drive adoption and minimize resistance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with senior leadership, aligning change activities with stakeholders, and measuring success metrics to track adoption and proficiency within healthcare and other client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in development of communication plans, change management strategies and training plans.
• Strong presentation and group facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience applying a structured change management approach and methodology for assigned initiatives.
• Experience defining and measuring success metrics to track adoption, utilization and proficiency related to changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise, consultative advice, guidance of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans and framework.
• Lead, develop, implement and/or provide input in stakeholder assessments, engagement strategies, and resistance management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, develop, implement and/or provide input in sponsor roadmaps and communications and training plans.
• Ensure alignment of change management activities with stakeholders to remove change barriers and support adoption.
