Job summary

Servus Credit Union is hiring a Change Management Consultant to join our People and Culture team on a full-time, hybrid basis. The role supports the Enterprise Change Management Office and drives change readiness, training delivery, and reporting across projects.

You will design and deliver change management programs, develop dashboards for senior leaders, and coach leaders to sponsor the change. Occasional travel may be required; in‑office work is expected about one day per week in Calgary,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Psychology, Organizational Behaviour or Organizational Development.
• 3-5 years experience in change management, HR, or project management principles.
• Experience with ADKAR and Prosci certification is an asset.
• Experience working with all levels from front-line staff to senior leadership.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for senior leaders; Power BI is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Support ECMO leadership to evolve the change management practice.
• Design, develop, and deliver change management training programs.
• Develop, maintain, and administer dashboards and heatmaps for senior leaders.
• Create and apply the standard change management delivery approach (methods, processes, tools).
• Coordinate deliverables: change risk, impact assessments, change plans, and sponsor engagement plans.
