Job summary

Desjardins in Lévis seeks a temporary 12-month Sales and Business Development Support Advisor to strengthen member and client relationships. You will advise on products and services across channels, analyze needs, and develop personalized solutions.

Strong French and good English are required, with Monday–Friday day hours and a focus on service quality. You will collect data, prepare reports, and stay current with Desjardins offerings to maximize satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of English due to duties or tools.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Establish advisory relationships by identifying needs and supporting client retention.
• Advise partners, practitioners, members and clients on products, services and solutions.
• Analyze and meet special client needs, handle requests and follow up.
• Collect, compile and analyze data; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Stay updated on standards, products and services in the field.
