Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a product administration agent for a 7-month temporary position in Canada. You will provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member accounts.

You will perform office tasks, analyze information, and prepare recommendations while driving results. French language ability is required; English may be used for interactions with partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• French language knowledge is required.
• English may be used for interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes.
• Analyze, produce and revise reports and statistics; monitor quality and follow up as needed.
• Carry out administrative tasks including data entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding.
• Provide information about policies, programs and processes in your field.
• Prepare and revise presentations and related documents.
