Job summary

Pacific Quorum Properties Inc. is expanding its presence in Invermere and surrounding markets, offering a dedicated strata management role with robust administrative and accounting support.

You will manage strata portfolios with a focus on relationship management, financial oversight, and compliance under provincial regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Strata Management License, have experience with AGMs/SGMs, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strata Management License is required.
• Clear understanding of the Real Estate Services Act and the Strata Property Act.
• Proficiency with strata councils, AGMs and SGMs.
• Strong knowledge of financial and insurance aspects related to strata corporations.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a strata portfolio in Invermere and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate with dedicated admins and accountants for efficient operations.
• Utilize automated tools for action items, purchase orders, and quotes.
• Work with senior management through an open-door policy for guidance.
