Job summary

Associa BC is seeking an experienced, licensed Strata Manager to join our team in British Columbia. You will manage day-to-day operations, financials, and relationships with strata councils across residential portfolios.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of BC strata experience and a valid Strata Property Management License, plus excellent written and verbal communication. We offer a hybrid work model, support from a strong team, and a competitive CAD salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of strata management experience in BC.
• Valid Strata Property Management License.
• Strong client service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential strata complexes.
• Prioritize and conduct business and projects for the portfolio.
• Coordinate projects, emergencies, and contracts with vendors.
• Create meeting agendas and minutes for strata meetings.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses and invoice coding.
