Job summary

Associa Vancouver is seeking a licensed Strata Manager to oversee residential strata portfolios, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain exceptional client service. The role includes onboarding new contracts, budgeting, and contractor coordination, with some evening meetings.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Strata Property Management License from BCFSA, excel at multi-tasking, and thrive in a collaborative, non-political environment.

Qualifications

• Strata license is required and must be current.
• Proven ability to manage multiple strata client relationships.
• Strong budgeting and financial review capabilities.
• Experience coordinating contracts and repairs for portfolios.
• Demonstrated meeting facilitation and minute-taking.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential strata complexes.
• Onboard new strata contracts as they’re approved.
• Prioritize and execute portfolio projects on time.
• Oversee projects, emergencies, and contractor work.
• Prepare meeting agendas and record accurate minutes (some evenings).
• Handle budgeting, expenses analysis, and invoice coding for the portfolio.
