Job summary

Northern Reflections Limited is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a memorable shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will promote our brands and support daily sales targets across fashion-forward lines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and exceptional service, with flexible availability including weekends and holidays to help drive store success.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values.
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling customers in our loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store layouts, housekeeping, and visual displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Support coworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success.
