Ricki's Calgary is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build meaningful customer relationships across our fashion brands. You will engage customers, promote products, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere that reflects our values.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will meet daily sales goals, support loyalty enrollment, and uphold visual merchandising and housekeeping standards while collaborating with a dynamic team on a fast-paced floor.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and move and handle boxes of merchandise (up to 30 pounds)
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Promote the brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling customers in our loyalty program
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store layouts, housekeeping, and visual displays
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing
• Support coworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success
