Job summary

Northern Reflections Limited in Calgary, AB, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience and build meaningful customer relationships.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will meet or exceed daily personal sales goals, promote the brand through product knowledge, manage loyalty enrollments, handle POS transactions, and help keep the store visually appealing and welcoming for every guest.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move boxes up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values.
• Build customer loyalty by introducing and encouraging enrollment in our loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including store layouts, housekeeping, and visual displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Support coworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
