Job summary

Northern Reflections Limited is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Kingston to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build strong customer relationships. You will contribute to brand success through product knowledge, friendly service, and active participation in store operations.

Ideal candidates are passionate about fashion, able to work in a fast-paced team, and comfortable standing for long periods while assisting customers and maintaining visual displays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move boxes up to 30 lb.
