Job summary

adidas Vancouver is seeking a store supervisor to lead hourly associates, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with management to guide daily operations, manage floor coverage, and maintain visual standards in apparel, footwear, and accessories.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Retail experience of 3-6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily store operations and hourly associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Train sales staff on product knowledge and store procedures.
• Assist with staffing and labor cost control.
• Display merchandise to maximize sales on the floor.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and checks.
