Job summary

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required; high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily operations of the store and activities of hourly associates to maximize sales and customer service.

• Conduct training presentations on product knowledge, store activities, and procedures.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor cost control standards.
• Display and merchandise products to attract customer attention and drive sales.
• Ensure cash handling, POS use, and policy adherence are maintained.
• Lead by example in sales, service, merchandising, and store upkeep.
