Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Supervisor in Vancouver to support the store leadership team and propel a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operations excellence across engagement, merchandising, and daily store standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and drive sales goals.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand guidelines.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Uphold safety standards and store policies; foster inclusive team culture.
