Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Canada is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a team in a busy retail environment. You will guide associate-level staff, ensure smooth store operations, and upholdProcedures while driving exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and adherence to standards. You'll also collaborate with the store leadership on policies and procedures, support a positive store culture, and help ensure profitability through effective merchandising and guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
• Experience operating POS and in-store computer systems.
• Strong communication with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to staff to ensure proper store procedures.
• Supervise department profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies and standards.
• Uphold company standards and resolve issues promptly.
