Job summary

Adidas store leadership role seeking a capable supervisor to guide hourly associates and manage day-to-day operations. You will drive customer service, sales, and merchandise presentation while training staff on product knowledge and policies.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 3–6 months of retail experience, and offers opportunities to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily store operations and hourly associates to achieve customer service and sales goals.
• Provide positive reinforcement to staff to drive momentum and growth.
• Conduct one-on-one or small group training on product knowledge and policies.
• Assist in hiring paperwork and onboarding of new hires.
• Assist merchandising and display setup to attract customers.
• Utilize training tools and communication to develop staff toward division goals.
• Manage stock flow from backroom to sales floor.
• Maintain floor coverage and communicate product levels.
• Operate POS, handle transactions, and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead store upkeep, address customer complaints, and preserve public relations.
• Direct store upkeep duties and support scheduling.
