Job summary

Adidas Ottawa seeks a store leader to guide hourly associates and drive sales, profitability, and store standards. You will oversee daily operations with management and demonstrate exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities include training staff on product knowledge, executing floor sets, merchandising, and maintaining loss prevention, scheduling, and POS accuracy while modeling Adidas service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 3–6 months retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations in the absence of management to maximize sales.
• Provide positive reinforcement and train sales associates on products and procedures.
• Conduct one-on-one or small group trainings on product knowledge and store policies.
• Assist with staffing and labor cost control while maintaining service standards.
• Merchandise and display products to attract customers and promote sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain POS system accuracy.
• Assist with floor sets, stock replenishment, and loss prevention efforts.
• Address customer concerns to uphold Adidas service standards.
