Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in West Vancouver, BC seeks a store supervisor to help create a high energy, customer-focused shopping experience. You will coach associates, train new hires, and support management in meeting sales and service goals with strong loss-prevention discipline.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Eligible candidates should have retail leadership experience and be able to lift up to 40 pounds while maintaining store standards and a positive team

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Progressive retail leadership experience with supervising and training.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Create a high energy store experience by engaging customers and modeling service behaviors.
Supervise and provide coaching on sales training to associates.
Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and drive customer satisfaction.
Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues and performance feedback.
Oversee cash handling and merchandise operations including shipments, floor sets and replenishment.
