Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages cashier and merchandising duties and ensures adherence to store policies.
• Supports loss prevention standards and cash office processes.
• Answers customer inquiries and resolves issues per guidelines, including refunds and exchanges.
• Maintains clean, well-organized shelves and displays per directions from AFSM/FSM.
• Performs general duties including housekeeping and potential clerical tasks.
