Value Buds Meadows is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage daily retail operations, coach a sales team, and ensure excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will lead shifts, assist with product launches, merchandising, inventory, and compliance with cannabis regulations, including ID verification and OH&S standards, while upholding high standards of cleanliness and service.

This role offers growth, comprehensive training, and employee discounts across banners; FT schedules

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell) is required.

About The Role

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product education
• Support and guide team members during assigned shifts
• Act as a point of contact in the absence of management
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and merchandising
• Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, ID verification, and OH&S standards
• Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards

About You

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell)
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
