Job summary

Value Buds Bramalea & Sandalwood in Brampton is hiring a Store Manager to lead cannabis retail operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team. You will ensure compliance with provincial regulations, oversee inventory, merchandising, and reporting, and foster a customer-focused sales culture.

The role requires 3+ years in retail with leadership responsibility and cannabis selling certification or equivalent. Candidates must meet age requirements and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility.
• Cannabis selling certification required or preferred.
• Minimum age requirement per province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams.
• Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance.
