Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Services Manager, Stores, to oversee all services, classes and events at the Saskatoon Midtown store. You will manage Beauty Studio operations, staff training, and client experiences, while ensuring staffing levels and event execution support sales goals.

You will lead a team of Beauty Advisors, manage reservations, and drive an elevated in-store experience, including certification processes and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
• Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all services, classes and events in the Sephora store location.
• Oversee Beauty Studio operations and staff training for the Studio.
• Online reservation system management, staffing levels, and class scheduling for client experiences.
• Plan and staff all in-store events to maximize learning and sales opportunities.
• Develop and certify Beauty Advisors and provide performance feedback.
