Responsibilities

• Lead and champion high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Ensure SOPs and Company programs are followed and compliant.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store operations.
• Drive omni-channel services (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery) and loyalty program enrollment.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and selling behaviors.
• Oversee events and in-store programs (e.g., balloons, knit & sew shop).
