Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a store team and drive sales KPIs.
• Strong customer focus and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach team, manage MOD coverage, and execute daily store operations.
• Drive omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) and Loyalty Rewards enrollment.
