Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Store Operations and Talent Manager for the ON-Quinte Mall location in Belleville. You will lead the people and operational functions, including staffing, onboarding of Beauty Advisors, scheduling, and execution of Sephora’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a beauty/retail team preferred.
• Recruiting, staffing, and interviewing across store positions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Champion talent by conducting final interviews for key roles.
• Lead training and onboarding, and develop ongoing training strategy.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll alignment with guidelines.
• Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Oversee store operations, inventory control, and compliance with standards.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by managing expenses and store performance.
