Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Manager to lead store operations, beauty services, and the sales floor at ON-Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket. You will coach and develop Leads, Advisors and Consultants, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will train teams on Sephora processes, drive performance reviews, visual merchandising, and brand trainings, while maintaining standards and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in beauty/retail or customer service.
• Metrics-driven with a track record of coaching teams to meet goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, beauty services, or sales stage with a focus on client experience.
• Train team on Sephora processes and selling model.
• Oversee performance reviews and development for store staff.
