Job summary

Sephora Canada is hiring an Interim Lead for the SK-Meadows Market store in Saskatoon, SK. You will lead by example, motivate the team, and elevate client experiences while exceeding goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will coach, train, and develop team members, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to Sephora standards. The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience and strong client service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive store performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
• Foster a culture of openness and teamwork and uphold Sephora standards.
